FIRST SERGEANT (RETIRED) EMANUEL “MIKE” LEON, age 96, of Macedonia; passed away March 19, 2023; beloved husband of the late Vera (nee Stangry); loving father of Venetia Savago (Bob) with whom he lived with; Cherished grandfather of Cassandra “Cassi” Meyer, also of the home; dearest brother of Peter (deceased), Eleanor Vaccaro (deceased), and Jimmie; survived by several step-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins. Merchant Marine Veteran of WWII and U.S. Army Veteran Korean War; U.S. Army Reserve retiree after 30 years of service; member of St. Paul Greek Orthodox Church, North Royalton.
