| Janet A. Bonk, born in Cleveland, OH June 5, 1932 to the late John and Susan Capek, passed peacefully into God's care on July 24, 2010 after a lengthy illness. Loving wife of 59 years of Peter; mother of Peter (Kimberly), Christopher (Kathleen), John (Mary Kay), and Susan (Keith); grandmother and great grandmother. Janet was an involved school mom, scout mom and church volunteer. She was the founding president of the Western Reserve Knights of Columbus Isabella Guild where she was active for many years. Fondly known as the "shop grandma" at her daughter's pet grooming salon where she most recently worked. She will be missed by many. Friends may call at THE FERFOLIA FUNERAL HOME, 356 WEST AURORA RD (OH RT 82), SAGAMORE HILLS FOR VISITATION ON WEDNESDAY FROM 2-4 AND 7-9 P.M. Funeral Thursday 9:30 a.m. at the funeral home. Mass of Christian Burial 10 a.m. at St. Barnabas Catholic Church. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested in Janet's name to the Alzheimer's Associaton, 23215 Commerce Park, Beachwood, Ohio 44122 |
